摘要
在TlCaSr2Cu2Ox中掺入Pb或Pb和Sn或Al和K,这些掺入元素都能部分代替Tl;接入Cr或Y可部分代替Ca;掺入V则可部分代替Ca和Tl;掺入上述元素后Tc都升高。如果掺入Ni或Fe,则会部分代替Cu,Tc下降。从接入元素的离子结构讨论了上述现象的原因。
Doping the superconductor TlCaSr_2Cu_2O_x with Pb, Pb and Sn, or Al and K, all the doping elements can be partly substituted for Tl; doping with Cr or Y can partly substituted for Ca, while with V can be partly substituted for Ca and Tl, It is found that the Tc increases when the above elements are dopped. Doping with Ni or Fe, they can be partly substituted for Cu, and the Tc decreases. On the basis of the ionic structure the above phenomena were discussed.
