摘要
通过选择助熔剂的最佳组成和改进单晶生长工艺及晶体分离方法,探索生长较大尺寸YBCO(123相)单晶及从助熔剂残余凝固体中无机械损伤地分离出长成晶体的途径.该文采用对扣双坩埚、高温翻转工艺等技术,获得了供超导基础研究用的3×5×0.8mm3高质量YBCO(12相)单晶样品.测得其超导转变温度Tc在退火前为84K,在500℃氧气氛中遇火后达到91K.
By choosing the favorable flux compositions and using a new separation method-the crucible which was buttoned up by another crucible being tumed over at high temperature,large YBCO(123 phase)single crystals with high quality and sizes of 3×5×0.8mm3 were successfully grown in alumina crucible.The transition temperature of the as-grown crystals was 84K,and after a post-growth oxygen anneal at 500℃it was increased 91K.
