现行农地征用补偿标准的不合理性分析

An Analysis of Irrationality in Present Compensation Standard for Land Requisition

农地是农村最重要的生产资料,对农民承载着生产资料和生活资料双重功能,因此,征用农地必须给予合理补偿。但我国现行的农地征用补偿标准却存在着不合理性。通过分析我国现行农地征用补偿标准所存在的不合理之处,就如何改革现行农地征用补偿标准,保护失地农民的利益提出了一些对策。

Farmland is the most important production matter in the countryside, and has double functions of production matter and living matter for farmers;therefore, reasonable compensation must be paid for requisitioning land.The present standard for land requisition in this country is not quite reasonable. This paper analyzes the irrational aspects in the compensation standard, and puts forward countermeasures for improving the compensation standard for land requisition and protecting benefits of the farmers.
