巴塘县矿产资源与旅游资源开发探讨

A Discussion of Mineral Resources and Tourist Resource Exploitation of Batang County

巴塘县是甘孜州和四川省重要的矿产资源地,拥有丰富的铅锌铜银资源。同时特殊的地质、地理和人文环境又造就了巴塘“高原江南”的美誉。矿产资源和旅游资源的开发势必加速巴塘县社会经济文化的发展,但两种资源存在分布区域的重叠性,编制时间的异步性,由此制约了规划的实施。为了协调两种资源合理有序开发,避免两者在法律和操作中的矛盾,采用动态调整区域轮廓的方法实现该县矿产资源与旅游资源的和谐开发,同时就多种资源开发空间格局和时间序列协调作了探讨。

Batang County is an important area of mineral resources in Ganzhi Autonomous Region, Sichuan Province, possessing abundant resources of lead, zinc, copper and silver. The county also enjoys a reputation of Beauty on Plateau because of its special geological, geographical and humanism environment.The development of mineral resources and tourism resources will definitely accelerate the social,economic and cultural development of the county;however,regional overlap and non-synchronism of programming of the two resources prevent the implementation of the planning.This paper uses the method of dynamically increasing and decreasing the region profile in order to realize rational and orderly exploitation of the mineral resources and tourist resources and to avoid conflict in law and manipulation. It also discusses the spatial layout and sequence of many resources.
