基于支持向量机的气动式转子故障检测系统研究

摘要 利用气动检测安全可靠的特点,研究出一种气动式转子故障检测系统,结合支持向量机进行多类故障识别,能正确地检测出转子不平衡、松动、不对中等常见故障,其灵敏度完全与转子材料无关,可在强磁、高温等恶劣环境下工作。 Pneumatic fault detector for rotor is developed, it can diagnosed rotor eccentricity, shaft bend, rotor parts looseness and many other faults in rotor by the classification of support vector machines, it can work in magnetic field and high temperature, and its sensitivity is be independent of rotor material.
