摘要 临沂电厂5号机组在大修后启动,发电机后轴承座轴向振动大于330μm。介绍了轴向异常振动现象、振动特征和故障分析处理过程。通过对轴向异常振动的现场测试及分析,确定了发电机后轴承座基础二次灌浆局部松动引起的动刚度不足是导致轴向振动异常的主要原因,并采取了相应可行的消除措施,有效地消除了机组的异常轴向振动,确保了机组的安全运行。 During the start up of Unit 5 after maintenance in Linyi power plant, the vibration of the rear beating of generator appeared to be abnormal and above 330μm. This paper introduced the phenomenon and characteristic of vibration and the treatment process. By testing and analyzing in the field, the main cause leading to abnormal axial vibration was diagnosed to be the degradation of dynamic stiffness of bearing, which is caused by local pedestal looseness. The practicable measure was taken and the abnormal axial vibration was effectively eliminated. Consequently the safety operation of power station was guaranteed.
