摘要
由于住房价格持续上涨,从2003年开始,我国政府开始对房地产市场进行新一轮的宏观调控。这些宏观调控措施在平抑房价上虽取得一定效果,但房价总体上仍居高不下。在分析我国房地产价格的前提下,总结我国政府所采取的宏观调控措施,并对其进行评价,分析导致我国房地产价格长期居高不下的原因,提出进一步解决的思路。
Because of the price of our country's real-estate rising continuously, our government have taken measure to control the market of real-estate since 2003. These measures have taken effect in some extent, but the price of real- estate is also very high. This dissertation analyzed the situation onour country's real- estate price, generalized the countermeasure of controlling the market of real - estate in our government, then found the reason of the high price in real - estate, at last come into being the reason thinking of solving the problem on the high price.
