浅谈建筑工程设计的监理

Taking on the Supervision of the Construction Project Design

工程设计是项目质量控制、成本控制的起点,实施建设项目设计监理对保证设计质量、控制建设投资和如期开工建设等也是十分有益的。本文对建设项目设计的工程监理进行了初步探究,分析了建设项目设计监理主要依据和基本任务,阐述了建设项目设计工程监理的内容、流程等基本问题,研究了项目设计监理对于规范建筑市场、优化设计方案、降低工程成本和提高工程质量等方面所起的重要作用。在实践中进行了初步的实践,项目建设进度、工程质量、经济性和综合效益良好。

The construction project design is the starting of the project qualitys and its cost control, it is complete necessary that we should effectively organize the supervision of project design having some differences with the blueprint examination. The supervision of project design may be of some benefits to the control of engineering quality and the cost of project and schedule. This paper explored basically the engineering supervision during the project design, analysed the main basis and basic aim of design supervision, expoounded some basic questions such as content and program of the supervision of construction project design, studyed its important effects on the standards of building market, the optimum of design, reducing engineering cost and raising engineering quality and others. According to the initial practice, it has brought some good benefits such as construction schedule, engineering quality, economy and cost.
