摘要
分析了福建电网电源结构的特点和调峰现状。根据典型日和典型周尖峰负荷需求与尖峰容量平衡分析了福建电网对抽水蓄能电站的需求;并详细分析了抽水蓄能电站在福建电网中的作用及经济性。结果表明,抽水蓄能电站在2010年福建电网中的替代作用比较显著,在电力平衡中可充分发挥作用;建设抽水蓄能电站可增加调峰和各用容量,改善福建水电的供电质量,提高水电电能的利用,还可作为电网的调频、调相、事故备用、黑启动电源,对电力市场的安全和电网经营起重要作用。因此,福建电网建设抽水蓄能电站是必要的。
The features of power sources structure and present situation of peak load regulation in Fujian power grid are described. According to the balance between peak load demand in typical day and week and the peak generation capacity, the requirement of Fujian power grid on pumped-storage plant is analyzed, and the function and economy of the pumped-storage plant in Fujian power grid are researched in detail. Research results show that in the year of 2010 the substitution effect of fossil-fuelled power plants by pumped storage plants will be significant and the latter will give full play to electric power balance. By means of building pumped-storage plants the peak load regulating capacity and spinning reserve capacity of Fujian power gird will be increased, thus the quality of hydropower supply in Fujian power grid as well as the utilization of hydropower energy will be improved. Besides, the pumped-storage plant can be used for frequency regulation, phase regulation, emergency reserve and black start, so it will play important role in both the security of electricity market and power grid marketing. Thus it is necessary to build pumped-storage plant in Fujian power grid.
