好战士还是好演员:基于印象管理的组织公民行为 被引量:11

摘要 构建和谐企业的基础在于员工日常工作中践行组织公民行为。本文在对组织公民行为结果变量文献梳理的基础上,阐释了两个重要问题:一是员工的印象管理调节了组织公民行为和组织绩效的关系;二是这种印象管理调节了组织公民行为和企业好公民印象的关系。
