摘要 介绍了PEO/Cofactor助留体系应用于ONP/OMG脱墨浆生产纸材料。实验结果表明:PEO/Cofactor助留体系对以ONP/OMG脱墨浆为主要纤维原料的助留作用效果良好,并可有效控制浆料中的树脂。脱墨浆中的水溶性杂质和非离子性表面活性剂不利于PEO/Cofactor助留体系的作用效果的发挥;PEO/Cofactor助留体系与阳离子壳聚糖共用时,效果更好。PEO/Cofactor助留体系对细小组分的留着没有选择性。 The application of PEO/Cofactor system in ONP/OMG deinked pulp making paper material was studied. The results showed that PEO is a better retention agent and can control stickies and white pitch, new cofactor containing is better than traditional phenolic formaldehyde resin. Nonionic deinking surfactant impairs the performance of PEO/cofactor system. There is a liner relationship between first - pass retention and first - pass ash retention, suggesting that the fines retention is nonselective.
