淫羊藿提取液防治激素所致大鼠骨质疏松的实验研究

目的：探讨淫羊藿提取液防治激素所致大鼠骨质疏松的疗效。方法：采用３月龄Ｓｐｒａｇｕｅ－Ｄａｗｌｅｙ大鼠２４只，随机分为对照组（１组）、激素组（２组）和预防组（３组）。２组喂醋酸泼尼松（４．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）２次／周；３组除按２组同法喂泼尼松外，还同时喂淫羊藿提取液２．０ｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）。３个月后对３组大鼠胫骨上段的骨片用图象分析仪进行测算和分析。结果：激素组与对照组比较，由于骨吸收大于骨形成，出现骨小梁面积和数量减少，骨小梁分离度增加。用淫羊藿提取液预防的激素组，骨吸收率比２组减少了７０％，因而骨量接近正常组水平。结论：实验结果提示，淫羊藿提取液能预防激素所致的骨质疏松。

OBJECTIVE:TostudythetherapeuticresultsofEpimediumsagitatumMaximpreventinghormone-inducedosteoporosisinrats.METHOD:24maleSprague-Dawleyratsat3monthsofagewererandomlydividedin-tocontrol,hormoneandhormone-traditionalChinesemedicinegroups.Thehormonegroupwasfedprednisoneac-etate(4.5mg/kg)twiceaweekandthehormone-traditionalChinesemedicinegroupwasgivenfluidabstractedfromEpimediumsagitatumMaxim[2.0g/(kg·d)]besidesadministeredprednisonesimilartothehormonegroup.Aftertheexperimentlastedfor90days,thehistomorphometricparametersofslidesofproximaltibiaweremeasuredandcalculatedinthethreegroups.RESULTS:Thepercentageoftrabecularareaandtrabecularnumber(density)wasdecreased,andtrabecularseparationincreasedbecauseofboneresorptionexceededtheformationinthehormonegroupascomparedwiththecontrolgroup.However,inthehormone-traditionalChinesemedicinegroup,bonemassexceededbecauseoftheboneresorptionrate(70%)waslessthanthatofthehormonegroup.CONCLUSION:ThedatasuggestthatprednisoneacetateinducedosteoporosiscanbepreventedbyEpimediumsagitatumMaxim.
