摘要
在1-正丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([bmi m]BF4)和CH3ONa存在下,由环氧丙烷、甲醇和CO2合成碳酸二甲酯.在p=4MPa,t=5h和θ=150℃的条件下,环氧丙烷的转化率达到95%以上,碳酸异丙烯酯的选择性达到87·1%,最重要的是,此时碳酸二甲酯的收率达到67·6%,高于文献值.
The one-pot synthesis of dimethyl carbonate from propylene oxide, carbon dioxide, and methanol was investigated. The catalyst adopted was a mixture of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmirn]- BF4) and sodium methoxide. Under the reaction conditions of 4 MPa, 5 h, and 150 ℃, the conversion of propylene oxide was above 95 %, the selectivity for propylene carbonate was 87.1%. More importantly, the yield of dimethyl carbonate reached 67.6 %, which is higher than the results of the previous literature using the one-pot synthesis method.
