非诺洛芬钙肠溶胶囊的研制

目的：研制非诺洛芬钙肠溶胶囊（ＦＣＥＣ），提高非诺洛芬钙（ＦＣ）的溶出度及生物利用度。方法：筛选制备ＦＣＥＣ的处方、工艺，并就溶出度及生物利用度与３个厂家生产的非诺洛芬钙片（ＦＣＴ）作对比研究。结果：ＦＣＥＣ在０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸溶液中２ｈ，ｐＨ６．８磷酸缓冲液中１ｈ，总的溶出度为８５．２５％，３个厂家生产的ＦＣＴ总的溶出度均＜５５％，ＦＣＥＣ与ＦＣＴ的相对生物利用度为１１０．２５％。结论：ＦＣＥＣ增加了ＦＣ的溶出度，其生物利用度与ＦＣＴ相比无显著性差异。

OBJECTIVE:Tostudyfenoprofencalciumentericcapsules(FCEC)andincreasethedissolutionandbioavailabilityoffenoprofencalcium(FC).METHOD:GoodprescriptionandpreparationwereusedtomanufactureFCEC.ThedissolutionandbioavailabilityofFCECandfenoprofencalciumtablets(FCT)fromthreedomesticplantswascompared.RESULTS:DissolutionsofFCECandFCTfromthreedomesticplantsin0.1mol/LHClliq-uid2handpH6.8phosphatebufer1hwere85.23%and<55%respectively.TherelativebioavailabilityofFCECtoFCTwas110.25%.CONCLUSION:FCECincreasedthedissolutionofFC,butstatisticalanalysisshowednosignificantdiferenceinAUCbetweenFCECandFCT.
