褶合曲线分析法同时测定复方降压片中6种组分的含量

目的：测定复方降压片中６种组分的含量，为该药提供质量控制方法。方法：应用褶合曲线分析法，结合计算机信息处理技术，同时分别测定了复方降压片中６种组分的含量。结果：维生素Ｂ６、维生素Ｂ１、氯氮、盐酸异丙嗪、硫酸双肼肽嗪、氢氯噻嗪的样品平均回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为９９．２３％，０．１６％；１００．４５％，０．１９％；９９．４９％，０．４３％；１００．４４％，０．１８％；９９．２９％，０．０９％；９９．２３％，０．４１％。结论：采用计算机辅助褶合曲线法，不经分离直接对其同时分别定量获得成功，可作为该药物一种可取的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE:Todeterminesixcomponentsincompoundantihypertensivetabletsandprovidethemethodofqualitycontrol.METHOD:Thecomputer-aidedconvolutioncurvemethodwasappliedwithoutpriorsep┐aration.RESULTS:ThecorespondingaveragerecoveryandtherelativestandarddeviationofvitaminB6,vitaminB1,chloridiazepoxide,dihydralazinesulfate,promethazinehydrochloride,hydrochlothiazidewere99.23%,0.16%;100.45%,0.19%;99.49%,0.43%;100.44%,0.18%;99.29%,0.09%;99.23%,0.41%.CONCLUSION:Thecomputer-aidedconvolutioncurvemethodcanbeappliedtothequalitycontrolofcompoundantihypertensivetablets.
