酒精性肝病大鼠肝组织Toll样受体4及血清细胞因子的变化 被引量:2

摘要 本实验应用乙醇灌胃建立酒精性肝病(alcoholic live rdisease,ALD)大鼠模型,动态观察血清白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量及Toll样受体4(TIR4)在肝组织中的表达状况,结合肝脏病理学指标探讨免疫机制在酒精性肝病发病机理中的作用。
