织好员工社会关系网——谈员工的社会网络管理 被引量:4

摘要 构建高质量的社会网络对于提高个人或组织的竞争力越来越重要。本文介绍了三个重要的社会网络理论,然后提出了改善员工社会网络质量的四类策略。
