磷酸肌酸对豚鼠心室乳头肌动作电位的影响

Effect of Phosphocreatine on Action Potential of Papillary Myocardium in Guinea Pig

观察不同浓度的磷酸肌酸（ＣＰ）对正常豚鼠心室乳头肌跨膜电位的影响。结果表明，ＣＰ１０－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～１０－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ对ＲＰ、ＡＰＡ、ＯＳ和Ｖｍａｘ无明显影响，但可使ＡＰＤ明显变窄。从１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ开始，浓度越大，对ＡＰＤ５０影响也越大，到１０－３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时细胞死亡。此结果提示，ＣＰ可能是一种钙拮抗剂，而且浓度１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时效果最佳。

The effect of phosphocreatine (10 -9 mol/L～10 -4 mol/L) on action potentials of papillary myocardium in guinea pig was studied.The results showed that RP,APA,OS and Vmax not influenced,but APD was shortened apparently by CP.The effect appeared dose dependancy and showed stronger action from 10 -7 mol/L to 10 -5 mol/L.The results implied that CP is maybe a calcium antagonist.
