前列腺素E_1脂微球注射液联合甘草酸二铵治疗重型肝炎疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察在综合治疗的基础上联合应用前列腺素E1脂微球(Lipo-PGE1)注射液和甘草酸二铵注射液治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法:选取病毒型肝炎(乙型)、重型肝炎患者65例,在必要的综合治疗(对照组)基础上加用Lipo-PGE1注射液与甘草酸二铵注射液(治疗组)治疗4周,比较2组的临床疗效及生化指标。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗2周、4周后临床症状明显减轻(P<0·01);治疗4周时总胆红素、凝血酶原时间、胆固醇、丙氨酸氨基转移酶显著好转(P<0·05),肝脏损害减轻。结论:在综合治疗基础上联用Lipo-PGE1与甘草酸二铵是治疗重型肝炎的有效方法。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical outcome of lipid microspheres prostaglandin El(Lipo-PGE1) injection in combination with diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection plus combined therapy in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.METHODS: 68 patents with severe hepatitis B were assigned to receive lipid Lipo- PGE1 injection in combination with diammonium glycyrrhlzinate injection (treatment group) besides the necessary combined therapy as in the control group for 4 weeks, the clinical outcome and biochemical indicators were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS: As compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significantly alleviated clinical symptoms after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks (P〈0.01),and live function improvement (including TBIL,PT,TC and ALT) in this group was also significant(P〈 0.05) on the 4th week of treatment.CONCLUSIONS: Lipo-PGE1 in combination with diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection plus the combined therapy is effective for the treatment of severe hepatitis.
