全自动根尖定位仪的临床评价

Evaluation of accuracy of fully automatic root apex locator (JustyⅡ)

目的评价JustyⅡ全自动根尖定位仪测定根管长度的准确性。方法选取110个需行根管治疗的单根管牙为研究对象,随机分为两组。实验组采用JustyⅡ全自动根尖定位仪测定根管长度;对照组采用手感法估计根管工作长度。充填根管后拍X线牙片了解其准确性。结果实验组充填成功率明显高于对照组。结论JustyⅡ全自动根尖定位仪测定根管长度的准确性较高。

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the hilly automatic root apex locator（Justy Ⅱ ）in measuring length of root canals. Methods One hundred and ten single root canal teeth to do root canal treatment were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was measured with Justy Ⅱ . The control group was estimated manually. The accuracy was evaluated by radiography. Results The success rate of root canal therapy in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group. Condusion The fully automatic root apex locator（JustyⅡ ） is highly accurate in measuring length of root canals.
