摘要
通过研究培养密度和培养液“老化”对盐生杜氏藻Dunaliella salina Teodoresce生长和β-胡萝卜素累积的影响,发现盐藻的细胞增长率在接种后第 2天达到高峰,然后逐渐下降;β-胡萝卜素的日累积量在接种后逐渐增加,第7 天达到高峰,然后下降,这一现象与在培养过程中细胞密度上升而使每个细胞 所接收的光强下降以及培养液的“老化”有关。在维持一定的培养密度和每日 更换新鲜培养液的条件下,盐藻的细胞增长率和β-胡萝卜素的日累积量较为 恒定。结果表明,盐藻的生长和β-胡萝卜素的累积有一定的关系,即在盐藻快 速生长时,β-胡萝卜素的日累积量很低。在盐藻生长减慢或生长受到抑制时, β-胡萝卜素大量累积。
Studies on the effect of cell density and culture medium 'aging' on Dunaliella salina Teodoresce showed that both of them can affect the growth and β-carotene accumulation in D. salina. Growth rate declines with increase of culture time because the medium ages and the algal cells receive less light due to the increased cell density. The rate of growth and β-carotene accumulation can both be maintained constant by keeping the cell density even and renewing the culture medium daily. The growth rate is inversely related to β-carotene accumulation: fast growth rate for less accumulation , and vise versa.
