The BOT Project Risks Analysis and Evaluation System Study

BOT是在基础设施建设及资源开发等大型项目融资中一种重要的融资模式，由于其涉及项目具有投资大周期长的特点，因而也存在着较大风险。本文对BOT项目的各种风险因素进行动态分析，并建立风险评价指标体系：采用层次分析法（AHP）和模糊数学方法（Fuzzy）对风险进行评价研究，为BOT项目投资决策提供科学依据。

BOT is a one of the most important project financing methods for large infrastructure construction and resources exploitation. There are many risks in BOT projects because of huge investment and longer period .We can make a evaluation system by dynamic analyzing on every risk factor, and discussing BOT projects risk can provide rational and scientific project decision by AHP and Fuzzy.
