试论对赢得值分析方法的改进

Discussion About Improving the Analysis Method of Earned Value

本文通过对赢得值原理的理论研究，指出现有赢得值原理中的不足，即仅针对工程项目管理三要素（成本、进度、质量）中的两个要素成本和进度进行分析和控制。因此，本文提出在赢得值原理中引入质量成本的概念，形成成本、进度、质量综合控制系统分析方法。

This paper points out the shortage of Earned Value Management, which is EVM only controls and analyses cost and progress, but porject management contains three key factors which are cost, progress, and quality. Because of that insutiicience, this papre adds quality cost to Earned Value Management, and forms the analytical method of comprehensive control system.
