南水北调东线江都站改造工程江都三站主水泵水导轴承装置形式探讨

江都三站是南水北调东线:亡程首级提水泵站之一,为适应大流量,长时间调水运行的需要,对主水泵中位置特殊、作用重要、直接影响机组运行可靠性、连续性的水导轴承装置提出了更高的要求。现结合江都三站主水泵运行环境和机组台数多的特点,提出了水导轴承装置的基本要求,阐述了目前常见的水导轴承运用的情况,并进行了比较分析。重点对水润滑弹性金属塑料水导轴承在江都三站机组环境下运行的可行性进行了分析,有针对性的提出了预防措施,经分析证明,该轴承能够适应江都三站特殊环境的要求,方案经济、可行。

In order to adapt the need of the large discharge and long time running, the NO.3 Pumping Station of JiangDu, the first station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Projection,bring forward the higher requirement to the equipment of the water-guard bearing of special position. The bearing was so important that infect the security. The paper advanced the basis requirement of the water-guard bearing system combining running characteristic of the pumping station. The complexion of the management of the ordinary water-guard bearing was expatiated,compared and analysed. The feasibility of the elastic-metal-plastic water-guard bearing in the operation of pumping station was analysed. The preventing instrument is brought forward. The application proved that the bearing is able to fit the environmental and the scheme is economy and feasibility.
