摘要
齐齐哈尔市经过50多年的开发建设,已成为国家重点商品粮基地和畜牧业发展基地。随着经济社会的发展,水利建设在国民经济和社会的可持续发展中发挥重要作用。通过运用了灰色关联分析模型对农村水利投入和水利建设开发的制约因素、水利建设工程的形势和潜力进行分析和预测,并提出加快以改善农村水利建设的相关建议。
After 50 years＇development, Qiqihaer has become a key national base of commodity grain and animal husbandry development. With the economic and society development, water conservancy facility played a vital role in the national economy and society＇s sustainable development. The gray relation model is used to analyze and foreast the countryside water conservation investment, water conservancy facility development restriction factor, water conservancy facility project situation and its potential. Some suggestion is proposed to improve the countryside water conservancy facility.
