摘要
结合开发过程中的经验和应用实例简述了车用多功能32位电控单元UECU32的完整设计过程和基本软件的设计特点。UECU32是可二次快速原型开发的高性能电控单元,其功能涵盖了主要的车用电控单元,特别是集成了压燃式发动机、点燃式发动机、多燃料发动机等系统控制的各种输入、输出功能,并且为汽车电子控制的研究提供了一种有效的平台。在一台配有高压共轨燃油喷射系统的6106型柴油机上进行了控制试验,试验结果验证了基于UECU32的控制系统的可行性。
In this paper the development process of a universal electronic control unit (UECU32), based on substantial experiences and applications is presented. The UECU32 is a kind of high- performance ECU that can be redeveloped for rapid prototyping. It covers most functions of automotive ECU, in which all kinds of input/output functions of the control unit comes from the demands of compression ignition engine, spark ignition engine and multi-fuel engine, and the unit provides an efficient platform for research of automotive electronic control. Furthermore, the paper describes the design of system software, diagnose-communication software as well as application software of engine control for UECU32. Experiments were done on a 6106 diesel engine with common-rail fuel injection system. The results validate the feasibility of the control system based on UECU32.
