摘要
为了实现双刀架数控车削程序正确性和合理性的检验,提出基于加工过程仿真和加工过程数据分析的动静组合校验策略和实现技术。通过校验策略现场应用分析,建立了双刀架数控车削程序动静组合校验系统结构;通过构建加工工艺系统模型、生成加工过程驱动数据和仿真加工过程,实现了程序正确性的动态检验;通过分析由轨迹图、工艺数据表、加工直方图等组成的文件,实现了对程序合理性的静态检验。最后通过实例对所有策略和技术进行了验证,证明是实用、可行的。
To implement NC code checkout about correctness and rationality for NC lathe with twin- turret, the strategy by combining dynamic checkout and static checkout, which is based on NC machining simulation and machining data analysis, is put forward. After analyzing the application of the checkout strategy during actual manufacture, the framework of the NC code checkout system that applies the combining checkout strategy for NC turning with twin-turret is set up. Based on lathe model establishment and NC machining simulation, the dynamic checkout about NC code correctness is realized. Based on analysis of the process data file, which is comprised with cutting location graph, cutting datasheet, and straight-pane chart, the static checkout about NC code rationality is realized. At last, all technologies in this paper are proved practical and doable by an example of train wheel strake.
