韩国已开始对高教实施广泛改革，但围绕着韩国大学的发展前景，韩国政府和学术界发生了争论。虽然争论还将继续下去，但教育专家相信，韩国高教体制的变革不可避免，现在唯一的问题是采取何种方式实施变革。

Korea has begun to reform higher education,but there is a clash between Korea government and academics about the future of universities. Although the debates are expected to continue,education experts believe that the transformation of the higher education system is inevitable. Now the only question is what form it will take.
