美国的研究生有着独特的培养方式。它注重研究生的跨学科培养，并制定了涉及多种学科领域的跨学科培养项目，造就出大批具有创造力的卓越人才，满足了社会发展的需求。中国的研究生跨学科培养刚刚起步，只在个别重点院校展开。无论是培养政策的制定还是实施的过程都有很多不足之处，应借鉴美国的成功经验。

As a result,a large quantity of creative elites have been brought up,who satisfy the needs of the social development. The Postgraduate Interdisciplinary Program in China emerged recently. A very few universities take it. Not only the establishment of policies but also the process of implementation still has a lot of shortages. We should learn successful experience from American universities.
