试析美国近年特殊教育学生评价 被引量:6

摘要 2002年出台的美国《不让一个孩子掉队法》(NoChildLeftBehind,NCLB)要求所有的学生包括特殊教育学生都必须参加由州组织的统一的学生评价。在实施过程中,美国教育部多次对其进行了修订,并公布了具体实施的指导性文件。本文介绍了美国近年特殊教育学生评价的实施背景、多方参与过程、评价类型以及案例,分析其评价的特点,以期对我国的特殊教育提供一定的借鉴。
