德国历史学派再认识与中国经济学的自主创新

The Re-discovering of German Historical School and the Autonomous Innovation of Chinese Economics

自主创新是中国经济学自主发展的战略选择之一,按照现代宇宙观对西方演化经济学诸流派进行创造性综合并建设中国崛起的国民经济学是中国经济学自主创新的两项重要工作,这种工作使我们不得不重新认识经济思想史中的许多重要流派。德国历史学派的宗旨与中国经济学自主创新战略之间存在着惊人的相似性,它不仅是现代演化经济学的重要先驱,而且在19世纪下半叶对推动德国崛起并解决工业化和城市化过程中的社会和谐问题起到了重要作用。此外,马克思经济学在主体上与德国历史学派都是同一种哲学传统和经济学传统的产物,而这种传统与中国哲学传统之间又具有惊人的相似性,这对于马克思主义经济学的创造性发展和开创中国经济学研究传统都具有重大的启发意义。

As one of the strategic choices for the development of Chinese economics, its autonomous innovation has two important missions： to achieve a creative synthesis of western evolutionary economic schools according to the modem cosmology, and to construct China＇s own national economics. In the re- considering of influential economic schools urged by these two missions, we find that there are amazing similarities between the tenet of German Historical School and the autonomous innovation strategy of Chinese economics. The German School not only is a forerunner of modem evolutionary economics, but also plays an important role in promoting the German ascending and solving social problems during the period of industrialization and urbanization. Further more, since both Marxist economics and German Historical School are the products of the same philosophical tradition, and the tradition is rather parallel to its Chinese counterpart, the re - discovering of German Historical School has great significance either for the creative development of Marxist economics and the inaugurating of China＇ s own economic schools.
