摘要
本文首先对学术腐败的研究进行了总结,并在此基础上运用经济学原理对学术腐败的成因进行了深层次的剖析,认为学术腐败日益猖獗的根本原因:教研经费的供需矛盾;羊群效应;学术腐败者的收益高于成本。接着分析了学术腐败的危害。最后提出解决学术腐败问题的方法。
After carrying on the summary to the academic corrupt research, the text points out four reasons on academic rotten by using economic principle. The first is a supply and demand antinomy of teaching and the research funds. The second is that the flock effect. The third is that the revenue of the academic corrupt is higher than the cost. The fourth is the result of the game between the academic governors and the people under governance. The paper also analyzes the harm of academic rotten and then gives some countermeasures.
