5-ALA介导的荧光辅助腹腔镜对恶性转移性肿瘤及子宫内膜异位症的诊断意义 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,腹腔镜作为一种先进的诊断治疗技术已在妇科和外科广泛应用。随着腹腔镜技术的改进和成熟,出现了荧光辅助腹腔镜检查。这一新技术在诊治恶性转移性肿瘤及子宫内膜异位症方面可能有着广阔的运用前景。微小分散、隐蔽或肉眼无法看见的肿瘤转移灶在超声、开腹手术或腹腔镜检查中无法察觉;子宫内膜异位症的诊断以腹腔镜为主,但异位病灶的表现形式及颜色不同,会遗漏一些病灶而导致复发。荧光辅助腹腔镜检查则可成为明确诊断类似疾病,指导治疗的新手段。现将其研究进展作一综述。
