摘要
采用乳液聚合法合成了磺基水杨酸掺杂的聚苯胺,探讨了反应条件对聚苯胺性能的影响,并对该聚苯胺的导电性、防腐性、微观结构及掺杂效果等性能进行了表征与研究。结果表明,该聚苯胺电导率达到12.5S/cm,腐蚀电位为-0.39V,TEM测试表明其粒径为15~40nm,并用红外光谱对其结构进行了研究。合成的聚苯胺在导电性、防腐性、粒径等各方面都有明显的优势,具有广阔的市场开发与应用前景。
Polyanaline (PAn)doped by sulfosalicylic acid (SSA)is synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The effect of reaction conditions on the property of PAn are discussed. The microstructure, doping effect and properties such as conductivity, anticorrosion of the PAn are characterized. The results show that PAn conductivity is 12.5S/cm, the corrosion potential is-0.39V and the TEM photo displays that the particles size is between 15-40nm, the structure of the polyaniline is studied and investigated by FT-IR. The polyaniline has evident advantages in certain properties, such as conductivity, anticorrosion, particle size and so on, and possesses bright prospects in market development and application.
