摘要
尿素造粒塔的腐蚀有内部腐蚀和外部腐蚀。内部腐蚀主要是尿液、冲刷、碳化腐蚀,外部腐蚀主要是大气腐蚀和紫外线破坏防腐介质。防腐材料应具有附着力强、耐蚀性优良以及抗粘塔能力好的优点。通过分析,尿素造粒塔的防腐技术主要采用玻璃鳞片衬里技术和阳离子氯丁胶乳水泥砂浆衬里技术,最后提出了防腐的施工技术与安全建议。
The corrosion preventions of urea priIling towers have inner corrosion and outer corrosion. The inner corrosion is mainly urine, eroding .and carbonization. The outer corrosion is mainly caused by the air and ultraviolet radiation. The antiseptic materials must have strong adhesiveness, good corrosion resistance and good viscosity resistance. Through the analysis, the antiseptic technique of urea prilling towers mainly adopts glass flaks and cationic chloroprene latex cement mortar lining technology. Finally, some safety suggestions and construction measures of antiseptic techniques are provided.
