摘要
犁铧刃是犁铧的主要部件,它的使用寿命直接影响到耕作的质量和犁铧的寿命。为了进一步提高犁铧刃的使用寿命,采用了氧乙炔粉末喷焊工艺技术,提高犁铧刃表面耐磨性,并进行了田间试验。试验结果表明:与未熔覆耐磨层的犁铧相比,犁铧刃面的使用寿命提高了2~3倍,每片犁铧平均多犁地8hm^2。
The plough-share edge is the major component of plough-share, its service life affects directly the cultivation quality and the plough-share life. In order to further enhance the service life of the ploughshare edge, this experiment uses the oxy-acetylene powder to spurt welds the processing technology, enhances the wear resistare of plough-share edge surface, and carries on the field test. The experiment indicates that compared with the plough-share without wear-resistive ceating, the service life of the plough-share edge surface enhances by 2 -3 times, each piece of plough-share average ploughs over 8hm^2.
