摘要
在极限真空为2×10-7Pa的超高真空全金属系统中,用四极质谱计分析了氚钛膜中释放的3He气体及其它杂质气体组分。对两块原子比分别为1.68和1.69的氚钛膜中释放的3He经过长达410d的测量.结果表明,当样品中3He浓度达到0.1时,3H3的释放系数仍保持为10-5量级。振动使氦的释放系数增大了5—10倍。对氚钛膜中释放的杂质气体组分的研究结果表明,用玻璃真空系统制备的氚化钛样品被油污染比较严重。对氚钛膜中3He的早期释放机理也进行了探讨。
The release behavior of 3He and other impure gases from titanium tritide films were analyzed by a quadrupole mass spectrometer(QMS) in an ultravacuum metal system with a limit vacuum of Z×10-7Pa. The 3He release fraction for two titanium tritide samples with initial atomic ratio of 1.68 and 1.69 were measured in a period of 410 days. It was shown that the release fraction of the two samples was maintained in 10-5 level when the 3He concentration in samples reachs to 0.1, and the release fraction was increased 5-10 times by vibration. Analysis of impurity release from titanium tritide film shows that samples, prepared in a glass vacuum system would be polluted by oil. The mechAnism of early 3He release from titanium tritide was also discussed in this paper.
