小C型臂在眶内异物摘出术中的应用价值

The application of DSA mobile C-arm in the extraction surgery of obital foreign body

目的研究数字减影移动式C型臂(简称小C臂)在眶内异物摘出术中的应用价值。方法6例眶内异物采用小C臂透视下定位后用电磁铁吸引或夹取摘出。结果所有病例均一次摘出成功,未发生并发症。结论应用小C臂进行眶内磁性及非磁性异物摘出手术中定位,具有准确性高及并发症少的优点。

Objective To study the application of DSA mobile C-arm in the extraction of obital foreign body. Methods After located with C-arm,xix cases of obital foreign body were successfully extracted by electromagnet or clamping. Results 1 orbitcranial foreign body and 5 obital foreign bodies were extracted without complication. Conclusions Localization of obital of foreign body with C-arm is a accurate method of extraction with less complication.
