摘要 用130只 SD 大鼠以酒精及去氧胆酸钠诱发实验性慢性胃炎,观察胃液成分和血清胃泌素的变化,以及“胃炎冲剂”和“三九胃泰”的影响。结果表明,用酒精及去氧胆酸钠处理90天后,胃液游离酸含量显著降低,而 pH值、胃液内蛋白酶、粘液含量以及血清胃泌素均显著升高;另一方面,上述改变可以“胃炎冲剂”及“三九胃泰”处理而得到有效的预防及治疗。 130 SD rats were induced experimental chronic gastritis with alcohol and sodium deoxycholate.The preventive effect of “Wei Yan Chongji”and “San Jiu Wei Tai” on the changes of gastric juice component and serum gastrin were observed.It was demonstrated that the content of free acid was reduced significantly,the pH value and the content of pepsin,mucin in gastric juice,and serum gastrin all raised significantly after treated with alcohol and deoxycholate for 90 days.Meanwhile the changes which mentioned above were effectively prevented and cured with the treatment of “Wei Yan Chongji” and “San Jiu Wei Tai”.
