摘要
基于继电保护的工作特点,将其可靠性分为保护系统可靠性和保护动作可靠性两个方面。提出保护系统可靠性指标:保护拒动失效率和保护误动失效率;保护动作可靠性指标:保护拒动频率和保护误动频率。建立数字保护系统软/硬件失效率模型,求解保护系统可靠性指标;建立保护动作的状态空间模型,求解保护动作可靠性指标。该方法适用于各种保护的可靠性综合测评和定量管理,也是开展保护科学检修工作的基础。
Based on the character of relay protection, the protection reliability is divided into protection system reliability and protection operation reliability. The protection system reliability index is protection mis-operation failure rate and protection mal-operation failure rate and the protection operation reliability index is protection mis-operation frequency and protection mal-operation frequency respectively. The hardware and software model is set up to calculate the protection system reliability. The Markov models are established to calculate the protection operation reliability indices. The research is applicable for protections＇ comprehensive assessment and quan- titative management.
