摘要 软交换技术是把呼叫控制功能从媒体网关中分离出来,通过服务器上的软件实现基本呼叫控制功能,它具有伸缩性强、接口标准、业务开放等特点,发展极为迅速。首先介绍了软交换网络的层次结构及其功能协议,分析了电力行业目前的主要需求,在此基础上提出来了将软交换技术应用在电力系统中的设想,并给出了其在电力通信网中的应用模型,着重介绍了软交换技术在电力调度和电力行政长途电话网中的应用,最后对其应用于电力系统中的优点进行了探讨。 The soft switch technology separates the call control function from the media gateway, and realizes the basic call control function through the software on the server. The soft switch technology develops rapidly with the characteristics of strong elasticity, standard interface, opening service, and so on. This paper introduces the hierarchical structrue and the protocol of soft switch system firstly, and then analyzes the main need of electric power system at present. Based on system demand, the applicable concept of applying soft switch system to electric power system is proposed, the application model is given in the electric power communications network. The application of soft switch technology is introduced emphatically in the electric power dispatch and administration trunk network, and its merits applied in power systems are discussed.
