汽车连杆油封盖拉伸工艺及模具设计

摘要 分析了汽车连杆油封盖拉伸工艺及用冲压成形完成倒角的方法,介绍了关键工位的模具结构。使用新的计算拉伸毛坯直径的方法与目前采用的金属切削加工成形相比,提高了生产效率和经济效益,并且质量稳定、成本低,缩短了开发设计周期。 A drawing Process for sealing cover of automobile connecting rod and a method of chamfering by punching were analyzed. The die structures designed for the key procedures were introduced. A new method for calculating the diameter of drawn workblank was developed which, compared with current method of forming by machining of metals, would make both the production rate and economic benefits be increased, the quality be stabilized, the cost be lowed and the period of development planning be shortened.
