Forming technology and design of injection mould for miner's lamp convex lens

分析了矿灯透镜产品结构以及注射成型存在问题,确定了该类塑件的注射模结构以及模具工作过程。采用灵活的预压杆机构对产品超厚部分进行二级保压,解决了矿灯凸透镜部分容易产生收缩和真空泡等问题。

Through analysis on the structure of miner＇s lamp lens and problems in injection forming, an injection mould structure and its operating process were determined. By using flexible pre-pressing bar mechanism to apply two-stage pressure maintaining to ultra-thick section of the product, the problem of easy to shrink and generate vacuum bubble during the forming process of miner＇s lamp convex lens was resolved.
