摘要 基于零件成型中去除成型与添加/堆积成型方式,采用离散制造原理,直接快速制造金属模具零件。制造中先采用超声波焊接,实现层与层之间的固体连接,每一层焊接完成后,根据计算机中CAD数据信息,驱动刀具进行单层平面轮廓加工,然后再堆积成形新层。这样逐层堆积、加工,直至零件加工完毕,是一种新的直接金属模具快速成型方法。 BY using discrete manufacturing principle and based on dislodge forming and adding/stacking forming, metal die parts were manufactured directly and rapidly. Ultrasonic welding was applied to join solid Myers. While every solid layer joined to the other, cutters were driven by CAD data message to machine the face profile, and then a new solid layer was stacking formed. Former steps were repeated until the manufacturing of the part was finished.
