摘要
用苏云金杆菌敏感性菌株摇瓶培养液,进行室内和野外的对苹掌舟蛾幼虫的毒力试验。结果表明:在室内,Bt敏感性菌株浓度与幼虫死亡机率的回归方程为Y=4.2900+1.9898X,r=0.9542,与标准品比较其生物效价为3300.62IU·mg^-1。在野外,Bt敏感性菌株效力高峰期在药后72~96h,稀释500~1000倍液的防治效果达85.71%~89.10%,略高于DDVP。
Experiment on poisonous effect of sensitive Bacillus thuringieusis to young worm of Phalera flavescens indoors and outdoors respectively indicates that regressive equation of sensitive vaccine and worm mortality rate indoors is Y = 4.290 0 + 1.989 8X, r = 0.954 2, and biological titre compared with standard sample is 3 300.62IU·mg^-1 ; while in the field the effect peak period of Bt sensitive vaccine is 72 ~ 96 hours after med- icine treatment, the effect for control in 500 ~ 1 000 times dilution liquid attains 85.71 ~ 89.10%, a little bit higher than DDVP.
