中等职业教育发展的理性思考

职业教育是我国教育体系结构中的重要组成部分,肩负着培养高素质的有专业技能的劳动大军的重任。职业教育在新形势下却受到了前所未有的冲击,出现了招生难、人心散、校舍闲、发展慢等问题。文章通过分析中等职业教育发展中存在的问题,找出职业教育陷入困境的原因,有针对性地提出切实有效的措施。

The vocational education is an important part of the education system in China, in, taking on heavy responsibility of training labors with high quality and specialized skills. The vocational education has actually been under the unprecedented impact under the new situation. The awful situation of recruiting students has appeared, the teachers are not ease at their teaching and the school buildings are almost empty, thus delays the development of the college. Based on the analysis of the problems and causes of vocational education falling into the difficult position, this paper puts forward practical effective measures pertinently.
