A Proposition on Pushing Forward Development of County-level Libraries in the Undeveloped Areas

列举欠发达地区县级图书馆存在的困难和分析其根源,提出发扬图书馆的人文传统,夯实各项业务基础,做好立法、观念、规划、思路等准备工作,以推动县级图书馆发展。

This paper analyses the existing difficulties and producing causes of the county-level library in the undeveloped areas, and puts forward that the county-level library ought to promote humanistic tradition and tamp the base of professional works, do a lot of preparative works such as sense, legislation and planning in order to push forward the development of county-level librarianship.
