The middle-aged woman librarian in the new period is the important colony who influences the development of the library.It＇s the mainstay of the library.Steping into middle aged, they are confronted with much challenge and drang from their body, undertaking and family. These puzzlements stop their steps.Their psychological wilderness is analyzed in this article.lt suggests the managers of the library how to help them to face the challenge of life. Meanwhile, it points out that the key of settling their problems is depending on theirself.
