试论我国数字图书馆建设中的著作权保护

Intellectual Property Protection of Digital Library in China

文章提出了我国数字图书馆建设中面临的知识产权保护问题,对其所存在的问题进行较为客观的分析,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策。

This paper analyzes the problems on intellectual property protection during digital library construction in China, and brings forward some countermeasures against those problems.
