摘要
研究了2个高羊茅品种(交战Ⅱ、阿道彼)的带菌和不带菌植株接种褐斑病原菌后叶内酶活性的变化,结果表明:EI植株和EF植株的POD酶、几丁质酶活性变化趋势相同,大致都在0~2d明显升高,之后升高趋势相对变缓,且在整个测定期内EI植株的酶活性均较EF植株的高;防御酶活性与内生真菌提高高羊茅抗褐斑病显著相关;内生真菌激发POD酶、几丁质酶的活性表达,从而提高植株的抗病性。
The protective enzyme activity of endophyte-infeeted and endophyte-free of Crossfire Ⅱ and Adobe of tall feseue was determined after the infection of brown patch's pathogen. The activity of POD and chitinases was more than those of endophyte-free plant. The changing tendency of enzyme activity was correlation to the disease. So we infered that endophyte could improve the resistance to the brown patch.
